In order to process your order with us, we require your name, correct billing and shipping address, phone number where you can be reached, credit card number and expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be confidential and private. We do not sell our customer list or share your information with anyone.

All of your personal information is encrypted to include credit card information, name and address. None of this can be read over the internet.

You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. Upon placing an order with Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot, you acknowlege that you are at least 21. Federal law prohibits us from leaving packages without acquiring a signature of someone over the age of 21. DELIVERY CANNOT BE LEFT ON A PORCH OR BY A DOOR. At the time of delivery, the person to whom the delivery is made will need to show identification to the delivery agent in order to verify his or her identity and age.
We only ship 750 ml bottles of wine.

By placing and paying for this order, the buyer represents that he/she is familiar with and has complied with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine.
When placing an order, the buyer authorizes us to send wine by UPS.
We DO NOT Ship to PO, APO or FPO Box Offices or outside of New York State.
There are many state restrictions regarding the shipment of wine. For this reason we ship within New York State only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. However, customer assumes return shipping cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay for the return shipping cost. This will be done once the order is determined to have been made in error or a bottle has been evaluated and determined to be "corked".
- Orders that are cancelled, refused or otherwise requested for return after order has been shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Extreme Weather Conditions
In the event we experience extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) throughout our shipping areas, Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot reserves the right to delay the release of shipments in order to ensure that all packages received are of the highest quality. If this is the case, you will be notified by either e-mail or phone.
The vintage year provided is updated as new inventory is received. However, the vintage year listed may not always reflect current stock. If you have any questions about the particular vintage we have on hand, please contact us by phone (1-518-843-7311) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to placing your order.
Wine and liquor descriptions and ratings are obtained through the respective winery or distillery websites and/or expert reviewers.

CURBSIDE AND IN-STORE PICKUP
How simple is curbside pickup?
Simply order online and select “curbside pickup” upon checkout. You will receive a confirmation email. Please print and bring with you or show us the receipt on your phone. Easy!
What do I need to bring with me for in-store pickup?
- Government-issued, photo ID (i.e. driver's license);
- The credit card used to purchase your on-line order. This credit card MUST MATCH your Government-issued Photo ID (i.e. driver's license);
- If your order was placed by someone other than yourself, you will need to come in to our store and present your driver's license for us to enter into our system at time of pick-up;
- Your order confirmation email

Your order will be processed at our Route 30 Amsterdam NY store. Simply stop by and let them know you are there to pickup a web order.
