In order to process your order with us, we require your name, correct billing and shipping address, phone number where you can be reached, credit card number and expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be confidential and private. We do not sell our customer list or share your information with anyone.

All of your personal information is encrypted to include credit card information, name and address. None of this can be read over the internet.
Buyer represents that he/she has truthfully entered his/her identity and purchasing information when placing this order.
You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. Upon placing an order with Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot, you acknowlege that you are at least 21. Federal law prohibits us from leaving packages without acquiring a signature of someone over the age of 21. DELIVERY CANNOT BE LEFT ON A PORCH OR BY A DOOR. At the time of delivery, the person to whom the delivery is made will need to show identification to the delivery agent in order to verify his or her identity and age.
We only ship 750 ml bottles of wine and select bottles of liquor. An order must contain a MINIMUM of SIX bottles. ANY combination of bottles may be selected to meet the SIX bottle minimum. We ship any quantity in multiples of SIX. (i.e. 6, 12, 18, 24 etc.)
Title passes to the buyer in New York State. We do not make representation of legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state other than New York State.
By placing and paying for this order, the buyer represents that he/she is familiar with and has complied with all applicable local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine, as the laws vary on a state to state basis as well as by locality within a state. Buyer further states and agrees that Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot makes no representations as to the legal rights of any individual or entity to ship or transport wines into any state outside of New York. As expressly stated above, you the consumer are accepting full legal responsibility for your purchase.
When placing an order, the buyer authorizes us to send wine and/or liquor via FedEx.
We DO NOT Ship to PO, APO or FPO Box Offices or outside of the continental United States.
There are many state restrictions regarding the shipment of wine. We apologize if we are not able to ship to your state. States that we are currently shipping to are: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. We apologize for any inconvenience.
By law we can ship liquor within New York State only. Due to varied sizing of bottles we are restricted on which bottles we are capable of shipping. We only ship liquor that will have a safe journey in our shipping containers!
*Please note that all liquor ships without additional packaging. Only the bottle will be shipped. i.e. without gift set packaging, cardboard outer containers or tubes.*

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.
Our Ground Shipping Rates and shipping times are as noted on the table below and are calculated based on wine purchases. If your order includes liquor, shipping rates may vary due to weight of bottle. Any shipments over 24 bottles must be in multiples of 6. (i.e. 30 bottles, 36 bottles, 42 bottles, 48 bottles etc.) The shipping times noted on the graph do not include Saturday and Sunday.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Extreme Weather Conditions
In the event we experience extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) throughout our shipping areas, Route 30 Wine & Liquor Depot reserves the right to delay the release of shipments in order to ensure that all packages received are of the highest quality. If this is the case, you will be notified by either e-mail or phone.
The vintage year provided is updated as new inventory is received. However, the vintage year listed may not always reflect current stock.
